There is a recurring blind spot in innovation.

It has nothing to do with technology.
❗ It’s about execution.

Some products are designed as “๐‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘“๐‘’๐‘๐‘ก ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘”๐‘Ÿ๐‘Ž๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘ ”.

Multiple functions. One solution.
On paper, it’s efficient.

In reality, it creates a different problem.

Because the product sits between systems:
✔️ different trades
✔️ different certifications
✔️ different responsibilities

And suddenly, the question is no longer technical.

It becomes operational.
✅ Who installs it?
✅ Who is certified?
✅ Who is responsible?

When these answers are unclear:
✔️ installers hesitate
✔️ responsibilities blur
✔️ insurance frameworks don’t fit

And adoption slows down.
๐Ÿ”ด Not because the product is weak.
๐Ÿ”ต But because the system around it was not designed.
